Here is the perfect start for your holiday decorating and gift giving: a fresh wreath from Audubon Community Nature Center’s (ACNC) Holiday Wreath Fundraiser.

Monday, November 22, 2021 is the deadline to order a beautiful locally-made Frasier fir wreath that supports Audubon as well as local business.

You can choose either a plain wreath of fresh greens or a “Uniquely Audubon” wreath with a variety of sustainably harvested natural items including white pine cones, cedar, lavender, milkweed seed pods, grasses, and more. Information on the natural items used in this year’s Uniquely Audubon wreath will be included with your purchase.

Wreaths are made on a sturdy wire frame and completed sizes range between 18” and 20”.

The wreaths of fresh greens only are $28. Those with fresh greens and Uniquely Audubon decor are $46. Quantities are limited.

Proceeds from the Holiday Wreath Fundraiser support Audubon’s mission of connecting people to nature in addition to supporting local business.

To place your order by Monday, November 22, call (716) 569-2345 or click through “Upcoming Programs” at AudubonCNC.org.

Orders can be picked up at Audubon on Friday, December 3, noon to 4:30 p.m., or Saturday, December 4, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You can decorate your plain wreath with natural items by signing up for the Decorating with Greens Make-n-Take classes on Saturday, December 4. A wide variety of materials will be on hand to create one-of-kind decorations suited to your particular taste. For details and to register, click on “Upcoming Programs” at AudubonCNC.org.
