Jamestown, N.Y. – You can enjoy a night out while you help raise funds to support the education animals at Audubon Community Nature Center (ACNC).
Between 4 and 10 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 20% of all food and drink sales at Miller’s Coconut Grove, aka Shorty’s, will be donated to support Audubon’s animals. This local favorite at 64 Old Fentonville Road, Frewsburg, N.Y., has a full dinner and bar menu.
ACNC staff members and volunteers will be on hand from 5 to 8:30 p.m. to chat and to offer some fun opportunities. Be sure to bring some cash to participate in the voting for “best eyes” of the animal crew as well as the basket raffle and 50/50.
Proceeds raised from this FUNdraising event go towards the feeding, facilities, and care of Audubon’s live animals, including Liberty, the Bald Eagle, and the turtles, snakes, frogs, and salamander.
Reservations for dinner are not required but are suggested. To reserve your table, call Miller’s Coconut Grove at (716) 569-2212.
